Cheplyaev Viktor Leonidovich
Born on January 19, 1956 in Rostock, Germany.
1974 - 1976 -served in the Soviet Army.
In 1983, he graduated with honors from Saratov State University named after N.G. Chernyshevsky with a degree in Psychology, qualification "Teacher of Psychology". Till 1992 he worked as a researcher at Saratov State University.
1992 - 1997. - Head of Department, Executive Director of Science Park of Volga Region Interregional Educational Production Center.
1997 - 2001. - Deputy Pro-Rector for scientific and methodical work, First Pro-Rector of Volga Inter-regional Educational Center of Ministry of Labor of Russia.
2001 - 2003. - Deputy Minister of Labor and Social Development of the Saratov Region.
2003 - Minister of Education of the Saratov Region.
2004 - Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Saratov Region.
2005 - 2010. - Head of the Public Administration Quality Center at Povolzhsky Institute of Management named after P.A. Stolypin.
2011 - 2013. - Deputy Director of the Institute for Innovative Development.
In December 2013, by Order of the Rector of the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration V.A. Mau he was appointed Director of the Povolzhsky Institute of Management named after P.A. Stolypin, Branch of the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration.
Since August 2019 - Chairman of the Council of Rectors of Universities of the Saratov Region.
In February 2020 he was elected Chairman of the Public Council of the State Administration of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
